Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The o3vpn service ("Service") is operated by Executable Technologies, a company established in the United States ("we", "us"). Our website is exeapps.com. This policy describes the personal data we process to provide the Service and the data we deliberately do not collect.

2. What we do not collect

The Service is engineered so that your network activity is not observed, recorded, or monetized. We do not collect, log, store, inspect, or disclose:

• the content of your traffic;
• your browsing history, DNS queries, or the destinations you connect to;
• per-user activity or behavioral profiles of any kind.

We do not operate advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking technologies in the Service or its client applications, and we do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal data for marketing or any commercial purpose.

3. What we process, and why

In the interest of full transparency: a VPN with accounts cannot store nothing. We process the minimum necessary to operate an organization-managed service:

• Account data: name, email address, and the identifier supplied by your sign-in provider (Microsoft, Google, or Apple), plus your organization memberships and roles.
• Device records: a device name, platform, and the WireGuard public key your device registers. Private keys are generated on your device and never leave it; we cannot see or store them.
• Operational metadata: the gateway and tunnel address assigned to an active session, kept only as long as needed to operate the tunnel, plan capacity, and keep the Service secure.

This data is processed because it is necessary to perform our contract with you. It is retained only while your account or device remains active: revoking a device removes its records, and deleting an account removes the account data described above.

4. Third parties

Sign-in is delegated to the identity provider you choose (Microsoft, Google, or Apple); their handling of your credentials is governed by their own policies, and we never receive or store your password. Our infrastructure runs on servers we control with established hosting providers. No third party receives personal data from us beyond what is strictly necessary to host the Service.

5. Legal requests

If we receive a legally binding demand, we can only produce what we actually hold, which, as described above, does not include your traffic, browsing history, or activity. We will challenge overbroad or improper requests where the law allows.

6. Security

Tunnels use the WireGuard® protocol with modern cryptography. Key material for your devices is generated and kept on-device. Administrative access to our systems is restricted, encrypted in transit, and audited.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through your account, or by contacting us at ops@exeapps.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have statutory rights to restrict or object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
